Throughout his career, Kevin has held a range of senior finance roles, demonstrating his capability to lead companies toward financial stability and growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From 2015 to 2024, Kevin served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Lightwave RF Ltd, formerly quoted on AIM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to his role at Lightwave RF Ltd, Kevin spent over five years at Complex Cold Forming Ltd, a speciality automotive component company.
