Firstly, we combine our existing and proven know-how surrounding thin foils, thin electronic laminates, solder modelling, and connector assembly, to provide our customers with first concept.

Next the prototyping phase is swift with 3D modelling and internal small batch off-line manufacturing common place.

When design is clear, we draw on our experiences with automation capability proofing, Poke-Yoke, and FMEA to enable serial realisation in a timely manner.

Sometimes external support can help deliver packages of crucial expertise, and we work with a variety of Research and Educational Institutions to develop products and processes to ensure that we are at the forefront of technology and innovation. These include The Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC), Engineering & Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC), and The University of Birmingham.

As an innovator in our commodity we naturally create IPR that is protected by UK and European patents.
