Large Format FFC Connectors

Large FFCs are ideal for connection to simple large PDLC glasses, and our designs currently support programs in serial production.

We can manufacture Flat Foil Connectors >1000mm in length with single or double copper poles.

The critical soldering points can be tailored to suit any and every soldering application process used by our client. Choice of solder, geometry and location can be specified exactly.

As with all our Flat Foil Connectors:

The foil is encapsulated in a Polyimide tape, providing excellent insulation and water resistance.
Single pin connections in various lengths, or Cables with cross section 0.5 mm2to 6.0 mm
Length of the Polyimide: Up to 600mm
Width of the copper foil: 6.0 mm to 100.0 mm.
Contacts and housings as specified by OEM.
Over-moulding according to customer requirements.
Selection of various foil materials and adhesive tapes.
