Having joined his father’s business in 1984, Richard spent the next 30 years transforming Strip Tinning from a family run business of 4 people to an internationally renowned designer and manufacturer of highly innovative and technical components to the automotive sector with over 130 members of staff.
Under Richard’s stewardship, Strip Tinning became renowned as a leading innovator in its chosen fields, operating from state of the art manufacturing facilities.
Richard continues to guide the business, with a strong focus on strategy and on our sales and marketing activities.
